Tested for powers on only. Item Does power on as seen with the light on, The Bulb just burnt out though. Left it in for reference. Foot pedal applies power to the machine , but the needle Does Not Move up or down, the motor runs and you can hear it , but the belt is not attached or broken from making the needle move. Needs repairs or refurbishing. AS-IS, For parts only. UNTESTED : Not tested in any shape or form.
