Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Shipping and handling times are separate, and shipping time will begin once the item is dispatched.
Two-Day Shipping Example: For 2-day shipping, the processing time will take between 1-5 days, followed by 2 days for delivery.
International Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address globally.
Same-Day Shipping: Available for orders under 50lb at a flat rate of $19.5. Surcharges apply for orders over 50lb. Restrictions may apply for large or heavy items, and we reserve the right to cancel such shipments (conditions apply).

Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday for Tuesday arrival.
Orders placed before 12 pm on a weekday will ship the same day for next-day arrival.
Orders placed after 12 pm on a weekday will ship the next day for subsequent day arrival.

Any orders left unpaid for 1 day will be canceled, and the items will be relisted.

Returns may be submitted within 30 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or ECN if defective (exceptions apply).
Items must be returned in their original condition. Any deviation may lead to denial of return.
Processing fee of 10% may apply if the returned item is found to be working.

The refund to store credit will be in the full amount you paid, including taxes and your original shipping.

Offers, sales, and bids are subject to management discretion and system guidelines.
No offer is guaranteed to be accepted, and declinations are not personal.
Buy it now option and offers close to listing price have a higher acceptance rate.
Offers cannot be combined with coupons, and ECN payments are not accepted.
Error pricing will be reverted to the original price.

Orders are packed as completed.
Each order is packed and shipped individually unless otherwise requested.
Customers may request to combine multiple orders into a single pallet.
A fee of $250 per pallet/per order applies for repacking orders.
Combining orders may result in shipping delays.
Pallets may not be stored for more than 30 days. Orders left beyond this period will be subject to cancellation and a 20% restocking fee.

Note

Same-day shipping flat rate is only available in Calgary, Alberta.
