Tested for powers on only. Unit Does power on as seen in pictures , blue light is on inside the fans , no other signs of powering on is shown. Fans are Not running , has an little receiver channel for a remote , possibly to turn on the fans , NO REMOTE. No further testing at all was performed to this item.
