Blue lit digital display screen comes on indicating power , looks to be missing some parts on the left side , possible print out reading cover peice missing. Still works, could be used for parts. No further testing was performed. Has no attachments. AS-IS, For parts only. UNTESTED Not tested in any shape or form.
