AS-IS, For parts only. It appears that 2 of the power connection pins are pushed in, if you plug them in and power on the system the GPU illuminates however nothing else happens.

If you push some pressure on the power cable that appears to have the 2 pins pushed in the fans come on, the GPU illuminates and the system will boot and appears to be stable until the pressure is removed from the cable. At that point the system will power off. Also 3 slightly bent fins on heatsink.
