The AKAI 4000DB is running when the tape movement handle pressed forward or reverse, it lights up on the meter displays. Also missing two front turning knobs for the mic line, see pictures. NO further testing by using tape on the reels or anything has been performed to this item. NO tape with these. AKAI 4000DS MKii has the cable head cut off of it , no testing at all was performed to this item. item has all knobs and pieces.
