Tested for powers on only, and fan is on. Unit Does power on as seen in the pictures, Blue light is on the front , and the display is on indicating powered on. Tried the buttons and setting all of which work , fan is on running. No further testing at all was performed to this item. AS-IS, For parts only. UNTESTED : Not tested in any shape or form.
